I’ve been staying for a week for work and eaten here every evening. the food and service is lovely the barman Jonathon in particular was friendly, helpful and accommodating to such a big group of us I think the kitchen team were not used to serving a big group for bar food but they handled it well. I also booked a massage in the spa and can say this was excellent, very relaxing, removing all the tension from my shoulders after a long day of work I would recomend booking a treatment in advance as they do fill up fast!

Lovely hotel with beautiful view of the lake. We stayed there for one night stay on New Year’s Day. Very welcoming staff and the rooms were spacious. We dined in the Glaze restaurant and I must say that the food was absolutely delicious, service was second to none. before leaving the hotel we decided to go for afternoon tea and it was one of the best experiences we have had the view from the conservatory is breathtaking). We will definitely visit again.

The waiter Giovanni is a credit to the hotel, so kind and attentive even though they were very busy the night we were dining! He did everything all by himself and was running around making sure everyone was happy and comfortable! A lovely man, also the food was delicious! Loved it!
