Charleys Cheesesteaks - Marlborough

My family and I had high hopes for these “Old School” cheesesteak sandwiches. They were absolutely and utterly disgusting. Overloaded with so much salt that I thought I was going to lapse into sodium shock. I ate half and threw the rest away. So gross. Just mind-boggling. Oh, and they forgot the mushrooms.

The buffalo chicken sandwich was amazing. I wish I had more. Fries were okay wish they have a little crisp to them but they were soft. Overall still really good

The images are completely misleading since the cheesesteaks are terribly made. The french-fries tasted like they were previously frozen and then microwaved. I asked for no ice in my soft drink and instead they filled it to the brim leaving very little soda.

The food was not as expected. Could have been better

Ordered on the app. Went in to pick it up and no one is even working. Drink machine is running and register system but no employees. I get that it’s hard times but they shouldn’t have charged my card. I was still hungry so I needed food. Which meant spending more money. If you’re closed then it should stop online orders too.
