If you have been to one Bertucci's they are basically all the same. It is basically fast food for adults you know that you are going to leave full and still have cash on hand. The experience is the same be it Boston or Virginia View all feedback.
We really enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan dish. The rolls were good, but the dipping oil was especially tasty. I wasn't a fan of the rosé wine. Our server provided good service.
The woman who greeted us was extremely rude. Despite clearly seeing that I was in a wheelchair, she still asked if we wanted a booth. I can't sit in a booth. I've been to this restaurant before and it was better. Our server was pretty good though. Hopefully it was just a bad day for the other woman.
I had a peaceful lunch at this restaurant, with only one other table occupied. Upon my arrival, I saw a large order of pizzas being prepared to go.
Even with reservations we ended up waiting, wait staff didn’t check in at the table or ask how the food was. I had to flag the waitress down for silverware and refills on drinks. Over all I’ve had better experiences else ware
