We decided to try a new ice cream cake instead of our usual Carvel. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The cake was a stark contrast to what we expected; the icing fell off as soon as we cut into it, and the overall presentation looked as if a five-year-old had made it. The quality was really lacking. I think we’ll stick with Carvel from now on—lesson learned!
The establishment features a Dunkin' with the regular Dunkin' menu. It's a nice spot to grab ice cream for the kids. The staff is friendly, but some of them have limited English skills, which can make communication a bit challenging.

So disappointed! Got a Spiderman cake for my son's birthday. Compared with the picture on the website the cake was a pink orange color, not red. Had black lines on it that were supposed to look like a web but looked like a 5yo did it, same issue with the happy birthday message on the cardboard. So disappointed!
