Brasserie Deluxe The Orangery - Feedback

What Gavin Morgan doesn't like about Brasserie Deluxe The Orangery:
Arrived (10 minutes before our table booking time) and were shown to the bar for a pre dinner drink, waited 40 minutes for someone to bring us a menu, which we had to ask for. Also had to ask for the wine list. Ordered a bottle of wine c£45 which was opened and placed in a cooler on the table, no one offered for us to taste the wine or show us the bottle before it was opened. As usual service was fantastic as is the ambiance . We have been here many times and always return to a warm welcome from all the staff especially the ones who have been there for some time and know us. My husband especially loved the Cullen Skink.
