I ordered for pick up lemon pepper and paid extra for “sloppy” as I alway... read more Usually amazing as I have ordered over 15 times but this time was super disappointing. I ordered for pick up lemon pepper and paid extra for “sloppy” as I always do, only to get home to realize the wings looked like unseasoned fried chicken with a few sprinkles of black pepper.I had to drive back to ask for them to be remade and wasn’t compensated in anyway. Instead of compensating me I was told some peoples definition of “sloppy” is what I got which is barely seasoned chicken and I should specify next time as if paying extra for “sloppy” isn’t specific enough. Then even after remaking wings, they were not up to par as they weren’t well done and mostly flats like I originally asked, they also were 7 wings per pound which is not a pound.
