However, I recently visited on a Tuesday night when they had a special, and the service was incredibly slow. A new waitress was on duty, and unfortunately, management had left her to handle all the tables by herself. This clearly reflects poor management at this location. The young woman was doing her best, but we ended up waiting an hour for our drinks, and ultimately, we had to cancel our order. I wanted to speak to a manager about the situation, but there was no one available. I urge you to provide better support for your servers and avoid leaving new waitstaff overwhelmed. This experience did not reflect well on your branch and makes me reluctant to return.
