While I was about to place my order, a woman cut in front of me, claiming her drive-thru order was incorrect, and the staff seemed unsure of how to handle the situation. After waiting an additional minute, I addressed both the staff and the woman, letting them know that I was in the middle of placing my order and that it was discourteous for her to interrupt. Eventually, the staff took my order, but when I tried to redeem my points, she charged my card instead. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I was served the wrong coffee in the morning, and they refused to replace it during lunch. They made a mistake, and I ended up paying twice. I won't be going back—terrible service!
The staff made a great effort to assist me in learning how to use the Tim Hortons app, which I had just downloaded. They took the time to guide me slowly through all its functions and details, ensuring I understood everything.
