Once, I ordered a wrap and discovered, after taking a couple of bites, that it contained bacon, which I cannot eat. I went back to inform the staff, but the woman I spoke to didn’t even apologize for the error and seemed to dismiss me. After repeating my issue several times, she eventually made me a new wrap, which wasn’t any better. To be honest, the behavior of the employees leaves much to be desired.
Great spot for coffee! It’s even more enjoyable when the mall isn't filled with noisy crowds.
I waited over 15 minutes for two sausage farmers wraps because they hadn't prepared the hash browns yet. During this time, the staff didn't apologize for the delay and continued to work on other orders. When I finally received my wraps, there was still no acknowledgment of the wait; the employee simply handed me my order. This experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable!
I wouldn't recommend ordering food here; it took them 10 minutes to prepare a bacon melt. Other than that, it's the typical Tim Hortons experience.
