They tasted stale, as if they had been sitting out since last night, and the chocolate dip was nothing more than a cheap mix of corn syrup and cocoa powder. After taking just one bite, I ended up throwing it away. This establishment really needs to make some improvements. Moreover, the location itself is dirty and seems unsanitary.

There was a girl, who I assume is a new employee, and her manager or supervisor was training her in a very unprofessional manner. He was shouting at her and even told her to memorize the menu items as if they were in a classroom. His behavior was quite rude. This is not a welcoming environment for anyone who wants to learn and grow. The staff should be treated with kindness and respect. Overall, it felt like a very toxic workplace.

Today is the start of the week, and my order was incorrect – I was missing my hash brown and requested a chocolate glaze, but received a chocolate dip instead. To make matters worse, my coffee lid wasn't secured properly, causing coffee to spill all over my car. This location clearly suffers from poor management.
