Thai Express Markham

I placed my order through Uber Eats and requested utensils, but when it arrived, there were no forks or spoons included. Additionally, there was a spill inside the bag.

The taste here is absolutely unacceptable. Thai Express Headquarters needs to address the quality of their franchises. The Tom Yum soup had no flavor whatsoever, and it seems they aren’t even following the official recipes. They skimped on ingredients like shrimp paste to cut costs, leaving customers disappointed. Additionally, the drink was mostly ice—after just one sip, my entire cup was gone. This is easily one of the worst Thai Express locations I’ve visited. I strongly urge the Head Office to conduct inspections and taste tests at each franchise to ensure they meet the required standards. Until there’s an improvement in quality, I advise avoiding this location completely!

Why are there so many bean sprouts? I asked for no bean sprouts, but it turned out dry and seems to have very little sauce. I really enjoy dining here, but it can be quite inconsistent...

I discovered several pieces of eggshell in my pad thai, which was quite unappetizing. Furthermore, the flavor was significantly inferior to what I remembered—it was truly disappointing. The amount of protein served was also quite small. Perhaps it was just my experience, but I left feeling very dissatisfied overall.

The tom soup was entirely disappointing. It had an off-putting flavor that seemed almost like something was crawling through it—very unappealing. This was, without a doubt, the worst meal I’ve ever had; it was completely inedible. On top of that, the service was subpar. When I asked for a refund, my request was outright denied. Ultimately, I had no choice but to throw the food away because it was that terrible.
