This was, without a doubt, the worst meal I’ve ever had; it was completely inedible. On top of that, the service was subpar. When I asked for a refund, my request was outright denied. Ultimately, I had no choice but to throw the food away because it was that terrible.

The Tom Yum soup had no flavor whatsoever, and it seems they aren’t even following the official recipes. They skimped on ingredients like shrimp paste to cut costs, leaving customers disappointed. Additionally, the drink was mostly ice—after just one sip, my entire cup was gone. This is easily one of the worst Thai Express locations I’ve visited. I strongly urge the Head Office to conduct inspections and taste tests at each franchise to ensure they meet the required standards. Until there’s an improvement in quality, I advise avoiding this location completely!
