She was fast a... read more My husband and I finished our shopping at Markville mall and we decided to stop at Swiss Chalet for lunch. We had a wonderful lady who served us. She was fast and efficient. She timed getting our appetizer and meals perfectly. Yes we had noticed the chickens are much smaller in size, overall we had great service and a server who defiantly loves her job and is great at her job.

Today, I only see 2 familiar servers, only 4 in total serving, they looked very rushed and harassed....chasing their tails.. We had to wait a while to make our order....waited more, only to find out they are out of baked potatoes, so we settled for mashed... While waiting for our bill, I went to make a take out order for family meal, whole chicken, not chopped....waited again, as I expected for my order to be handed to me, I was told they are out of whole chicken, have to wait 15 min Moreno I wanted whole one.. OR ..I have to settle for white meat chopped chicken... Swiss Chalet, runs out of cooked chicken.???? Can you believe that? I had to settle for mixed cut up ch8cken...VERY POOR customer service..
