Worst Starbucks out there!!! They are beyond slow and the drive thru format is ridiculous. I don’t know if they are working in there or what. Yet another location.
I waited 20 min for my grade coffee. No sense of urgency for counter customers whatsoever!
I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The cashier made me wait for 20 minutes for my food, even though it was already prepared. I asked about my order three times, but he kept telling me to wait. This level of service is unacceptable. I think the staff needs improvement.
I went to study for 1-2 hours, but the condition of the restaurant was disappointing. It was quite dirty, with trash scattered all around, and there were a lot of flies and bees buzzing about.
The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and outstanding in their customer service. They even remember my favorite drink and always ask if I’d like my usual. Great job, team!
