When I said I ordered somethin... read more Waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes. Ordered an iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso and they handed me a hot coffee. When I said I ordered something different the staff member gave me a dirty look.This Starbucks is disorganized and can’t get their customer service down pat..whole point in a drive thru is to be in and out in under 5 minutes.

I ordered on another visit and the cashier was super friendly but typed my drink order wrong.
