We stood in a line and started the order with the cashier. Another customer comes in and cashier cuts us and starts to deliver his order and give extra thing and took the payment. Meanwhile, one more customer comes in and stands beside us in a Que, asks her what it is and handover the food and made a transaction. I walked into the restaurant located at 6050 Highway 7 in Markham and ordered a medium walk. After paying, I sat down to wait. After 15 minutes, I went to check on my order only to find out that they had completely forgotten to make it. It was disappointing to be the only customer in the store and still be forgotten. There was no apology or any emotion shown. They simply told me to wait an additional 6-7 minutes. Service was rated 1 out of 5.
I initially made a mistake when placing my order on the website, but the customer service was extremely helpful and corrected my order. They also allowed me to pick it up at a different store. The food quality was excellent, receiving a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.
