I got some baklava along with chicken poutine . The staff told me ones on the bottom are old and so he gave me a box from the top which was supposed to be ok. The tops ones were old too and tasted awful. Why would they even display old food, let alonesell it ? Having worked in fast-food before I wouldn?t blame the staff but it shows how owners are negligent towards unhygienicand illegal practises. I wouldn?t be surprised if they do the same thing for other foods that they sell.
Taste of falafel was raw, they were uncooked and the parts of it were scrapped. Chicken was so dry and burnt. Shawarma wasn?t wrapped well as it was all over. Bad customer service. I don?t want to try Mediterranean food again soon because of thisexperience. Wasted food and money sadly. Restaurant is not so clean. I made combo and the person forgot about drink and I had toask.
I ordered a shawarma wrap with some medium hot sauce, but it turned out to be inedible because it was way too spicy. The heat completely overwhelmed any flavor of the dish. I feel like it was a waste of money—next time, I might as well just drink hot sauce. Food rating: 1/5.
I have never had any issues with the quality or quantity of food at your other locations, and I’ve always enjoyed your offerings. Concerned that there might have been a mistake, we returned to the restaurant hoping for a solution. Unfortunately, when we asked about the portions, the staff refused to add more chicken or provide a replacement order, even though that seemed like a reasonable request. I have a photo of what we received, and I believe the employees at this location lack essential customer service skills, which should be addressed as soon as possible. I've never felt the need to complain about service or product quality before, as I typically avoid places with bad reputations. However, I genuinely enjoy your food, and I felt that this specific location did not meet the standard we expect. They had a straightforward opportunity to resolve the issue, but instead opted to give me a refund after I had already wasted my time and gas making two trips to the restaurant. Rather than leaving a negative review on Instagram or Google, we decided to reach out via email, but we did not receive a satisfactory response. I want to stress that this level of service is unacceptable in the industry. I would greatly appreciate a prompt response regarding this issue and any steps you can take to address it. I look forward to hearing from someone soon.
This location has greatly decreased its portion sizes. In the past, my meals were overflowing, but now they seem to be roughly one-third smaller. Moreover, when I ask for extra items to be added to my food, they frequently don’t include them. I’m considering no longer visiting this spot.
