This review was not only for this particular location, overall we liked Mr Sub and have been a regular customer for years, however notnonly the quality of the food has been lowered, also I am not quite sure in year 2023 what is stoping the food preparation staff from wearing a mask?! I could see spills when asking customer about the ingredients, we for sure won’t come back until they put a msk on while preparing food... View all feedback.

Not bad! Since I'm visiting Markham from out of town, I decided to try something that's not available back home. The subs were decent and affordable. There was a fair amount of meat, though they included a bit too much lettuce for my taste. The tomatoes, however, were fresh and ripe. It's not quite on the level of Quiznos or Jersey Mike's, but that's okay—it is what it is. It definitely reminded me of Subway, though without that delightful smell of freshly baked bread.
The food here is consistently fresh and delicious! The staff have a wonderful rapport with their customers, creating a cozy, home-like atmosphere. I appreciate how neatly their subs are made, and they certainly don’t skimp on the toppings. Each location has its own unique vibe, but this one is definitely my favorite!

I'm fairly certain the bread shouldn't be squished. The staff member who was slicing it applied too much pressure, which ruined it. It was really unappetizing. I ended up tossing half of it in the trash where it belonged.

Horrible experience. Low quality food and old toppings STAY AWAY, ITS DISGUSTING. I was there on March 8th to buy a submarine, and i really do regret the $11 i spent on lunch. Unfortunately, i didn't realize the terrible food until i got home, or for sure, i demanded my money back. Learn from my mistake and avoid this terrible franchise location.i uploaded my receipt to prove i was a real customer.

This restaurant has been around for a long time! It opened after the Nags Head bar in the north in the 1990s.
Fantastic food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere at Mr. Good's restaurant. I highly recommend it!
I love their Veggie Sub. No other sub company does it better. Its in the Sub sauce and the buns that make the difference. My favorite go to sub stop.
