First time trying this place and ordered through Fantuan. I ordered the salmon set. I was worried looking through the google reviews but honestly my order turned out awesome! Huge pieces of sushi and salmon! Salmon tasted fresh and the texture and tasteof the rice was good too! They also gave lots of condiments and the soy sauce was fully filled in each container. So disgusting, I ordered an assorted sashimi and I can't believe I actually found a BUG in the food. Threw it all away as I lost my appetite and beyond disappointed in this restaurant, it seems they have no food quality control. I will never order ortrust any food from here ever again. See the pictures for yourself.
Don't order it from their website, they may tell you they didn't get your order and you have to wait for 30 mins minimum. I ordered 1 hour ahead of time from their website and paid but the server didn't click accept the order and I have to wait for 30mins. No apologies, very rude! I paid 15%tips and not even said sorry we didn't click accept the order. Food is very bad too.Fish tastes all frozen. This is the first time and will be the last time.
The presentation leaves a lot to be desired and portions are small. I unfortunately have to agree with others on the service. The other monkey sushi locations do a much better job.

Pathetic service, rude and unprofessional
I used to order from Uber, yesterday I decided to pick up myself since we will go dinner in a friend' home. What I saw in the kitchen is disgusting! Everything was dirty and greasy with very bad smell. I won't order from this restaurant again. If allowed I will give this restaurant a zero mark. I also suggest food inspection be made on this restaurant.
Three times in a row this restaurant has messed up my order . For Take out . Not only did I have quantity ‘2’ I also explained the situation in the notes when ordering online now twice “please send the two orders “And now three times , it’s only been 1 Order !Guys : read the god damn notes , read the receipts, this is hard to miss . Come on .
Female cashier is rude and snappy for no reason when asked simple
I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered a poke bowl through UberEats, and they messed up my order in multiple ways. They provided the wrong type of rice, completely omitted the sauce, and I only received half of the fish I was supposed to get. I ordered both salmon and tuna, but I only got salmon. The portions are tiny, so I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.
