The restaurant's cleanliness was appalling during my visit. I arrived around midday, and the garbage bins were overflowing with trash, while spills were scatter... read more The restaurant's cleanliness was appalling during my visit. I arrived around midday, and the garbage bins were overflowing with trash, while spills were scattered everywhere. I only ordered a large coffee and noticed a short elderly woman cleaning the coffee counter with a bleach solution. Shockingly, she then used the same gloves to scoop ice from the tray for someone's iced coffee. When I brought this to her attention, she dismissed my concerns with an attitude, claiming to have worked there for over ten years. I even spoke to the supervisor, but no action was taken, and the employee was allowed to continue her actions without consequence. I won’t be returning to this location. Even associates from Walmart described this McDonald's as the worst-managed in the area and instantly recognized the situation I encountered, confirming they had similar concerns about the same employee's food safety practices. My only regret is not taking pictures to support this review. Dietary restrictions: Consider this a warning if you value food safety with your morning coffee.

From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for my visit. Not only was she incredibly attentive, but she also demonstrated thorough knowledge of the menu, making thoughtful recommendations that enhanced my meal. It was evident that she took pride in her work, ensuring orders were accurate and promptly delivered. Her positive attitude and efficiency made for a memorable dining experience that I won't soon forget. Geela is an asset to McDonald's and a shining example of what excellent customer service should be. I will definitely be returning, hoping to be fortunate enough to have her serve me again.
