What User doesn't like about Los Chicos Brasa:
Hmmm, nice people, but very inconsistent and still need to learn, I got a cebiche and when we left I told my wife the cebiche juice had something that I can't identify, and she said, me too, what was that? ... I believe they have done it with the bottled lemon juice or a at least mixed in part with it, this change completely the cebiche existence. The Papa a la Huancaina, very nice size, but sometimes it is creamy and... Probably is the best Peruvian restaurant in GTA, the Pollo a la Brasa is a must , also the Lolo Saltado (the best in town).Staff is very friendly. The only downside about my last experience here (I'm a regular customer) was : NO INCA KOLA!!!! Thanks was a huge mistake of this restaurant , they can't runout of this typical Peruvian beverage specially during the weekend . Other than that really good experience !!! View all feedback.

read moreLos Chicos Brasa offers a mixed experience, with some dishes being tasty and satisfying, while others lack consistency and flavor. The Lomo Saltado receives praise, but the Papa a la Huancaina and Jalea are hit or miss. Service is a major issue, with long wait times and unattentive staff hindering the dining experience. Despite these drawbacks, the ambiance is enjoyable, and the meat dishes receive high marks. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and variety of flavorful Peruvian sauces. Overall, Los Chicos Brasa may be worth a visit for its unique dishes and welcoming atmosphere, as long as service improvements are made.
