I once bought 4 or so different teas and as I was leaving, I dropped a couple on the ground and they broke. I went back to the stall to buy more however they replaced my drinks for free without me asking! I was fully willing to pay. This stall is operated by a Taiwanese older woman who is so kind, and I think her son is the one in the back. Their prices are amazing and the food is great Taiwanese comfort food. It's the perfect place for affordable and yummy drinks and snacks.My favourite is the rose green tea this is my favourite bubble tea flavour but it is quite hard to come by. The stall has other rare drinks like starfruit tea and black sesame milk tea. They have never let me down yet. I haven't gotten snacks too many times but this time we got some Taiwanese style chicken. They made it fresh. So perfect, so good!! I love this place so much. 2 large drinks chicken came up to 14.50 total after tax!Parking: Big parking lot for the mall but it can get very busy.

Authentic Taiwanese food. Must drink almond tea, must try fermented rice with eggs, special and delicious! Tabletop sausages, hot and cold drinks, many choices, the higher the CP value! The boss is kind and the food is delicious! Authentic Taiwanese food and drinks!

Great flavorful tea, no option to adjust sweetness because you don't need to it's absolutely perfect. The menu has simple Asian flavours, winter melon, herbal jelly, grass jelly, even durian. Prices start at $2.50 and go up to $8.50 (for durian). A steal compared to the $6 7 starting price at other bubble tea chains. Will definitely stop by whenever I'm in the area.

Love this place! Really underrated and deserves more attention! I ordered a bowl of Taiwanese popcorn chicken and it was only around 6 dollars, while other places I’ve been to would usually sell them for $9-$10. I didn’t order their drink, but I saw them having a $2.75 deal on some of the drinks. Definitely going to give them a try in the future.The lady was really friendly and even gave me a piece of candy as a new year gift. The wait time was short (probably because the place is really underrated but people!! Don’t judge a place by its appearance, sometime you can actually find a little comfort place for yourself :

Have been ordering from Lead De Tea for years. The owners are so nice and they serve authentic Taiwanese drinks and food.Their prices are very reasonable and their meals are tasty. Today we got the watermelon drink. It is made from fresh watermelon ? and is not too sweet or frothy. Very refreshing and hit the spot.In the past we have had this popcorn chicken dinner which is very good. Their bbt drinks are good too.
