As I was leaving, they locked the door since they were only accepting orders at the drive-thru. The food was terrible; the chicken pieces were incredibly small, and there were no legs or thighs. KFC needs to make some changes.

However, I felt that the food could have been served a bit hotter, and the chicken could have had a crispier texture. Overall, it wasn't too bad, and I might consider ordering from this location again in the near future.

When I placed my order, I specifically asked for plum sauce, and the salesperson assured me it was included. However, when I got home and checked the bag, there was no sauce at all. I'm very disappointed with the customer service here and I won't be coming back to this location. It's frustrating to not receive what was promised, and this experience has really let me down.

I decided to reorder another... read more I visited this restaurant at 2:55 PM for the Tuesday special and ordered a box. However, the staff only gave me thighs and no legs. I decided to reorder another box specifically for the legs, but when I got home, it turned out that I still received all thighs. Despite this mix-up, I’m still giving it 5 stars because the meat was delicious. However, I do think the drive-thru staff needs some extra training, as I clearly mentioned that I wanted to reorder for two legs, which is why I spent an extra $2.99.
