The staff is very friendly and always available to assist with any needs, such as providing a new fork or refilling water. They offer a special saffron cream sauce that is used in various dishes like pastas, steaks, and poutine. I recommend trying something with this sauce. Dietary restrictions: Halal.

Normally I don’t write such negative reviews but my experience was nothing short of awkward and embarrassing.I went with my family because this place was great... read more Normally I don’t write such negative reviews but my experience was nothing short of awkward and embarrassing.I went with my family because this place was great years ago, however it has quickly succumbed to the tier of fast food.The food: The food is not freshly prepared, the chicken breast on the pasta was so thin I laughed when I saw it. It was also distastefully chewy which shows how little meat they used because of how cardboard it felt. The pasta was way too spicy, I understand it’s fusion and not authentic Italian but it didn’t even taste like penne. Not to mention the quantity of the food, it was so poor in comparison to the asking price . The bread alone was 2 slices for $7-8!!!! I asked for Parmesan on top of my pasta and they declined and said it’s additional to the cost of the cheap pasta because it’s “included in the price” I mean seriously? Not only is there no complimentary bread, asking customers to pay for Parmesan is something I’ve never seen at an Italian establishment. So embarrassing.Ambiance: The interior of the restaurant was dirty and unkempt, the foyer carpet was gross, however the prayer area was really touching to see.The service: Not great. At all.This will be my last time coming here

Steak didn’t taste that... read more I’ve given a 3 star based on what we ordered, but the customer service was really good and quick. I ordered the ribeye steak and fries. Steak didn’t taste that good of quality. My son enjoyed his Chicken Parmesan, for me it was pretty bland. My wife ordered the rose’ penne pasta and she was happy with it. Like always, try it for yourself.

I had the hot spot burger and saffron sauce poutine. Was expecting the burger to be more spicy given the name. The fries were not that great but the saffron sauce was good. Prices are a little on the high end compared to similar restaurants.
