I called in a simple order, but had to wait at least 10 minutes for my food, which was quite frustrating. The front door was also hard to open, making the experience even more inconvenient. Additionally, I have found short hairs in my food multiple times, indicating a lack of proper kitchen hygiene. It's concerning to see that the kitchen staff are not using hair nets. Unfortunately, the subpar service and cleanliness issues have left me with a negative opinion of Gasa restaurant.
