To begin with, there were customers smoking inside the restaurant, creating an unpleasant atmosphere, especially with children present who were exposed to second-hand smoke from the VIP rooms. As for the food, it was mediocre at best—bland and overpriced. The wait time for our meal was incredibly long; we ended up sitting for over an hour for just one plate. The restaurant itself is small, which means there can be a significant wait to be seated, and you cannot reserve a table in advance. The service was disappointing as well. The servers were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in customer satisfaction. If you need a tea refill, don’t be surprised if the server ignores your request entirely. The overall atmosphere is not suitable for families—it's loud, has an unpleasant odor, and the slow service adds to the frustration. Honestly, I’d prefer to eat at the Wendy's across the street, where the food arrives quickly and the customer service is much better. Additionally, parking is a challenge, with very few spots available. Please take my advice and read other negative reviews. Save your money and choose a different restaurant!

I would ask them for something but they would just ignore me on the spot. They reserved me next to the fish tank and I got splashed on. The food here was horrendous as it tasted very different compare to other authentic cantonese restaurants. Also the service would be so bad i had to get up myself and get the chopsticks or tissues. Would never come here again. Watch out for the blonde dyed ponytail male waiter, he is very rude and does not care about you.

My plate was taking away because it was full of discarded food but never brought one back. We had to take utensils from the other table. The food took a very long time for one dish, the food sometimes was not completely cooked all are tasteless. It was so disappointing. There are so many restaurants we had to pick this one!!

BETTER PLACES TO SPEND YOUR MONEY.food overall is pretty good but nothing special compared to other lobster places.the service was terrible, you had to scream to get anyone to come to you. you could wave someone down and they would just look at you and walk away.the worst part is when my fiance was asking a server about a dish that was missing. it was not communicated to us it wasnt included anymore but we just wanted clarification. this male server started yelling at my fiance and was insulting her. on top of all that, they automatically charge you 18% tip, as if they deserve it.look out for the male server with a blonde dyed man bun and tattoos. hes incredibly rude and should be fired immediately.
