This place undoubtedly offers the best sandwiches around. The meats are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. One of my personal favorites is the steakhouse brisket and cheese!
I recently had my first visit to Firehouse Subs, and it was an excellent experience. Kader and the rest of the staff that evening were exceptionally patient and friendly. Kader recommended the Beef and Cheddar Brisket sub, and it definitely exceeded my expectations!
The food is good, but I had to request that they warm my sandwich for a longer period. The staff, who were young, were quick and polite. However, the dining area was a bit chilly.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was both dishonest and rude, and the level of customer service was lacking. It was evident that they do not treat their employees well and are more focused on their own profits. The cleanliness of the place was subpar, and the food was not appealing at all. Spending money here feels like a waste; I'd suggest donating to someone in need instead. While Uyen and Warren might come across as friendly at first, their actions tell a different story. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant!
The experience was satisfactory, but it didn't quite match the fantastic flavor I remember from my initial visit to Firehouse Subs around two years ago. Regrettably, the quality at this location appears to have diminished. In response to the owner on November 23, I’d like to clarify some concerns. Specifically, the Italian sub I ordered recently had fewer toppings and less dressing than I recalled, and the bread was drier and harder to digest.
