Kader and the rest of the staff that evening were exceptionally patient and friendly. Kader recommended the Beef and Cheddar Brisket sub, and it definitely exceeded my expectations!

It was evident that they do not treat their employees well and are more focused on their own profits. The cleanliness of the place was subpar, and the food was not appealing at all. Spending money here feels like a waste; I'd suggest donating to someone in need instead. While Uyen and Warren might come across as friendly at first, their actions tell a different story. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant!

Regrett... read more The experience was satisfactory, but it didn't quite match the fantastic flavor I remember from my initial visit to Firehouse Subs around two years ago. Regrettably, the quality at this location appears to have diminished. In response to the owner on November 23, I’d like to clarify some concerns. Specifically, the Italian sub I ordered recently had fewer toppings and less dressing than I recalled, and the bread was drier and harder to digest.
