My siblings and I met here for brunch. We had a very pretty waitress attend to us, and marvelled at the way she took four orders and got each one right without writing anything down!! There is good endless coffee and almost all of the breakfast dishes comes with fried potatoes. However, I asked for sliced fresh tomatoes instead of potatoes with my smoked salmon eggs benedict which was very tasty. View all feedback.

Disgusting. The hollandaise at both Markham eggsmart locations tastes more like chicken stew than hollandaise. Isnt there a franchise standard recipe? Never again. Barf. Waffles and pancakes were mediocre. Not worth the price tag. View all feedback.

This is a great place for breakfast and brunch. It's a very clean restaurant with great staff and the food portions and quality are amazing. Always greeted with smiles and nice hot cup of java. I don't know many places where you can get a...solid breakfast for 4.99 like the one they have at Eggsmart. I go at least once a month. Highly recommended!
Just had the worst take-out experience at the 7333 Woodine Ave. location in Markham. They screwed up the order for the lady in front of my friend and I. That should have been a sign to leave. The lady behind the counter asked my friend what the item was that she was ordering while pointing to it on the menu. You work there, why are you asking my friend what it is? She ordered the Montreal Smoked Hash breakfast with a side salad. Not difficult but it took two waitresses to finally get her order in, with input from the kitchen.I ordered their Grilled Chicken Salad...Pretty simple and sounded good. Firstly, they didn't give me any dressing. I had to ask for it, and it seemed like a big deal to get it. Dressing....for a salad.....kind of a given. Secondly, it is the most disappointing salad I've seen in a while. It was supposed to have mandarin orange segments and red onion. It's just chunks of romaine lettuce, tomato and cucumber with a little grilled chicken thrown on for garnish. It is supposed to come with toast. They gave me a dry piece of toasted rye bread in a bag.I would never go back or recommend to anyone. Especially after I read the only review, and it was also bad.
My main complaint was service. Our waitress was busy with others, didn't care she got my order wrong. The food (eggs, pancakes, potatoes) was flavorful, portions were big, so was the price. With netter service, this could be good.
I really like this restaurant for breakfast. You have a breakfast specially for $5.99, 10 a.m., which is very reasonable. I wish breakfast was extended to 11 a.m., as most restaurants however. The service is excellent. The portions are very generous... and you have the choice of regular bacon or turkey bacon. Nice touch. Very recommended!
We arrived at this restaurant for a late breakfast with some family members. The waitress was friendly and quick, as we anticipated due to the time of day. The food was delicious overall, although we did notice a slight discrepancy in one of our orders. The prices were fair.
