It w... read more We ordered the Belgian Waffle topped with chocolate ice cream and bananas. I can’t remember the exact name of the topping, but it was absolutely delicious! It was more than enough for three adults and two hungry kids under five. I could have easily finished it all myself, but I’m trying to stick to a diet. I wouldn’t recommend the iced coffee with Nutella; it wasn’t very good. The other fruit drink was just okay. However, the service was disappointing due to the long wait time—we waited over 30 minutes. It was likely an issue with the kitchen.

I rotate between their red velvet cake with a side of ice cream, ice cream crepes, and seasonal sundaes!Recently, I came during a rush but the host that night, Kingsley, managed to seat not only me, but everyone else as swiftly as possible. The team here at Demetres Downtown Markham exemplifies passionate and exceptional service during every visit!I heavily recommend this fresh, decadent, and addictive gourmet dessert shop!

Their... read more Demetres Downtown Markham is one of my favorite dessert places. Bright, clean and spacious. Great ambiance. Love their stylish decor and interior design. Their architectural arrangements, bold flower wallpaper and matching pastel furniture are absolutelystunning. Great customer service. The server was welcoming and courteous. Their menu was very cute. We ordered their 10 scoopsof ice cream dessert and shared with our party of 7. It was not disappointed. Well presentation! Their americano was also great.Strongly recommend to those chocaholics. There are many tasty recipes to satisfy your sweet tooth.

The scent of waffles and sugar and spice is heart warming. Decor is cute. Ice cream is as decadent as ever. Service was a bit slow and scattered.Extremely busy at 9pm so expect a bit of a wait to be seated and even waiting for the dessert to be made.
