And they came... read more Even though it was NOT late, and there were no patrons waiting for a table, the impatient waiters expected an order as we were just sitting down. And they came back every minute for the order. Questions about the menu were not answered, they were...simply deflected. The food was delivered quickly but without any interest or pleasantness. The Spice and Pepper Squid was just OK. Shrimp Wonton Soup was very bland. Fried Rice Noodles were rather plain.The General Tao Chicken was among the worst that I have ever had the meat was gristly chunks fried in a sweet batter. The Singapore Vermicelli was better but not great. The highlight of the meal wa the Steam Rice.

Having traveled to China 20+ times, this place definitely reminds me of my visits over seas. Highly recommend a meal here for any lovers of real Chinese food!

Restaurant is clean considering the other Chinese restaurants that can be found around Highway 7.

The washrooms at this location are not acceptable for a flagship resto and the wind has a tendency to keep one door open, resulting in management leaving a chair in the way! (Bad fung shui?)And I had to try their lobster chow mien, recommended by the cognoscenti. It is very good and ok for one person, but lists at $24.95. So lunch ended up costing $33. Not great value. Try the other stuff on the menu. Lots of regulars, no suckling pig, but just about everything is very high standard canto fast food, congee, noodles, one plate meals…
