Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered a long hair in my food, and the service was quite disappointing. To make things even worse, my order was incorrect. I forgot to request sour cream because the poor service had already put me in a bad mood. I also attempted to call them, but no one answered, which left me feeling like I had wasted my money. This has been the worst dining experience I've ever encountered.

When my girlfriend and I were placing our orders, the server rushed through them to attend to another customer instead of taking the time to listen to us properly. As a result, there were several mistakes with our selections, and unfortunately, I ended up with a dish that had cheese in it, even though I can't eat dairy.

The restaurant has a warm, family-friendly vibe with plenty of tables for dining. However, it would be great if the accessibility door button were functional, as it was somewhat challenging to bring in a stroller.

I can't quite pinpoint what makes this place stand out, but I've sampled their food at different times throughout the day and even compared it to other Chipotles. There's something uniquely delightful about how they prepare the food here—it's simply delicious. As a fan of Mexican cuisine, I wholeheartedly give this place a 10/10 recommendation. The slight wait is definitely warranted, and the staff generally work efficiently. Kudos to the franchise owner and their team; you all are doing fantastic work. I will certainly be returning... on a weekly basis!

It’s probably the first time in a long while that the chips were fresh, which was a delightful surprise. I also sampled the guacamole for the first time, and it was delicious—although I ended up having too much food after ordering the queso and chicken bowl. Overall, Chipotle is very consistent, and I would definitely recommend trying it if you haven’t already!
