The Sesame chicken was surprisingly bland—especially disappointing since it has been my favorite for years. The curry dish was a chaotic mess that left us wondering if it was even curry at all; if it weren't for its color, we wouldn't have recognized what we were eating. The shrimp dish was acceptable, but “acceptable” is what we expect from other restaurants, not from Chef Chan. Their house rice has always been reliable, but it isn't enough to win us back. I apologize for not including any pictures with this review; everything ended up in the trash because nobody wanted it! So, sorry Chef Chan, but next time we’ll be heading to Tangerine instead.

Since this wa... read more I recently ordered the Singapore rice noodles and was quite disappointed. They mostly tasted like noodles that were simply seasoned with turmeric. Since this was my first experience with the restaurant, it felt like they didn’t put much effort into the dish. Overall, it was not good, and I won’t be going back.

The beef and green peppers dish contained only a few small pieces of beef. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
