I attempted to call, but no one answered. I don't understand why the app allowed me to place an order when the restaurant wasn't open. It would be helpful if the app was updated to avoid misleading customers into spending money at a location that's closed for the day. Overall, I rate the service and atmosphere as a 1.

When I did the cheap cup split all along the side and spilled all over me and everyone I was with. I have been drinking from similar places for years and never had this happen. I won’t be returning to this franchise.

I was disappointed to find out that they had discontinued their Fivestars rewards program. They now have a new rewards program, but it only applies in Canada. My mom ordered the Mango Green Tea with Rainbow Jelly and opted for 0% sugar, and she found it quite refreshing. I chose the Chatime Pearl Milk Tea with Honey and added Grass Jelly, but I noticed that the tea flavor wasn't as strong as I remembered it to be.

I’ve been to plenty of Chatime franchises, and my usual order is roasted milk tea with no toppings. Occasionally, I’ll switch it up and add grass jelly, but that's about it—always with regular sugar and ice. I have to say, this place truly nails their roasted milk tea EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I can’t speak to the other drinks, but the roasted milk tea here is exceptional. It’s creamy, but not so much that it becomes overwhelming; it has just the right sweetness—enough to enjoy without feeling like it’s too sugary. The tea flavor is present without being too strong or bitter. I definitely recommend trying the roasted milk tea!

I was disappointed to learn that they no longer offer their five-star rewards program. They have introduced a new rewards program, but unfortunately, it’s only valid in Canada. My mother opted for the mango green tea with rainbow jelly, which she enjoyed at 0% sugar; it was quite refreshing. I tried the Chatime pearl milk tea with honey and rampart jelly, but the tea flavor wasn't as strong as I recalled from previous visits.
