I placed my order at 10:50, and from that point on until 11:30, it seemed that anyone who was Asian received their food within minutes. When we approached the staff to express our concerns, we were simply told that our order was on its way. After waiting long enough, we argued for about ten minutes just to get our money back. The woman behind the counter, who was wearing a mask, refused to return our money and began preparing our food, which was ready in just five minutes. Despite this, she continued to deny our request for a refund. A more pleasant gentleman attempted to resolve the situation by offering us a free can of soda, but we explained we simply wanted our money back. We threatened to contact the police, mall management, and health authorities because we felt we had no other option. It wasn’t until I mentioned that he was handling food without washing his hands that we finally received our refund. After waiting almost 50 minutes for our food, we chose to leave without it, as we had already wasted enough time. As for the food? I can’t comment. And the service? Absolutely terrible.

While I was perusing the menus of the three open restaurants, a lady at Casa Formosa recommended their Chicken Nugget Rice, which is better known as Taiwanese Fried Chicken. It was served quickly and was absolutely delicious. The meal came with rice, three vegetable sides, soup, and soya milk. Priced at just $6.25 plus tax, it was a great deal. The final dish looked and tasted much better than the picture on the menu. Overall, it was quick, affordable, and tasty. This was my first time here, and I definitely plan to return.
