The owners are honestly some of the most genuine and kind people I have ever met. They go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. I highly recommend Bibap Express to anybody that wants great tasting poke bowls, lunch specials, or sushi burritos.

The food stall itse... read more When I arrived at BiBab Express, they only offered sushi in takeout containers. I went with the spicy salmon rolls and a salmon nigiri tray. The food stall itself had a rather ordinary appearance, reminiscent of a 90s food court, but considering the building is from the 80s or early 90s, it wasn’t surprising. The spicy salmon rolls were surprisingly good, full of flavor, although they weren’t particularly spicy. The nigiri was decent, not extraordinary, but given that it’s a budget-friendly takeaway spot, it met my expectations. Food: 4, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 2.
