I would prefer their coffee instead of Starbucks.Very comfy environment to have chit-chat with friends. Or just enjoy the free Wi Fi by yourself.Friendly staff. Worth trying out.

There's always a choice of dark or medium roast, and a large... read more This place knows their coffee, the temperature of the brew doesn't get too hot to burn the coffee. There's always a choice of dark or medium roast, and a large variety of loose leaf teas. Their Chai latte is not powder based like Timothy's or Second Cup, so it's delicious. The big bonus is fresh muffins baked several times daily, on site,Apple cinnamon, sweet corn, chocolate banana ,etc, they are all so good! They also have a great sandwich, called spicy Italian as well as other good choices. The only negative is that they close at 6 pm.

I was told that the food was made inside this establishment. The Bean also offers music nights. I have not attended one but it sounds like fun.
