It was lunchtime—how do yo... read more I ordered food for myself and my manager, only to be disappointed that the burrito bowls came without lettuce because they’d run out. It was lunchtime—how do you run out of lettuce and still stay open? Restocking should’ve been simple. On top of that, the ingredients they did include were pretty bland. This will definitely be my first and last time spending money here.

The way the employee skillfully packed a variety of toppings into my burrito and wrapped it so neatly was truly remarkable. I ordered a bean burrito with several sauces, and it tasted absolutely delicious. I definitely plan to return. The location is new and spotlessly clean, and I’m looking forward to coming back for lunch soon! I also noticed that although vegan options like crumbled soy meat weren't listed on the menu boards, they are available.

The customer service was subpar; the staff member who helped me seemed disinterested and unfriendly, almost as if she was just going through the motions. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I would recommend that the staff receive some training. Additionally, my burrito didn’t look or taste like the ones I've had at other places. Thank you.

What’s the point of ordering online if I still have to wait? The shirts the staff are wearing say "Raise the Bar," but it seems like they’re not following that motto.
