Markfield Fish

We moved to Markfield from Uppingham Road area of Leicester. There was a well known chippy on the corner of Turner Road that everyone seemed to remark how great the chips were and the size of a fish resemble a shark. Well whatcha know that owner took over the markfield chippy.... Best chippy by far!!

Wow, what an experience! I wanted to get some chips from M1 Young, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful—they even took the time to prepare a portion of chips for my little ones. The fish we had was the best I've tasted in years. You really need to try this place. The quality is top-notch, and their dedication to good service truly deserves a solid 5 stars!

Great little village spot with a cozy atmosphere, where you can always enjoy fresh food. The owner and staff are very friendly, and the service is consistently good. The place is always clean and tidy, earning a 5-star hygiene rating. It can get a bit busy at peak times, but that's to be expected. I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Hello! After eagerly waiting for Brandfield Fish Bar to open, I finally got to enjoy some authentic fish and chips. The place operates on a one-in, one-out basis, so I had to wait for about 10 minutes with four people ahead of me. However, the wait was worth it because the food was served piping hot. I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely recommend it, as long as they keep up this quality!
