we stumbled over this little jewel on a Saturday trip! for one of the best poutins we ever had, and some broccoli and cheese bites. great little place we will have in any case again! View all feedback.

One of the things I used to enjoy about the Barrhead was the rustic, old Ontario tavern atmosphere. Draft beer, mismatched chairs, gouges in the tables and of course a pool table. Well folks, that is all history now. The historical charm is gone. They do have an outside garden/patio area which will be a positive when the nicer weather arrives. Very sad to say tonight was my very first night going to this restaurant and not realizing it is closing tomorrow for good : . The atmosphere was great. The staff were incredible and so was the food. I especially loved their fries! Sad I have discovered it so late considering I live in the area but wishing everyone the best in the next chapter. I had an amazing experience there tonight! : Thank you guys.
Was there during a very busy rush at opening. The staff we very accommodating, friendly, and polite. The food was amazing! We sat outside on the patio listening to the water falls. A really enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back.
A fantastic find just outside of Markville, Ontario. Sat outside and enjoyed a club sandwich. Sounds of the waterfall on the property made for a relaxing lunch break.
