The place of the hotel would be nice.. in case it was neglected.. it looks like a haunted hotel.. it's different from the pics on google than in person.. as in there is no one, no one is going, just one at a time.. it's like we rented a family hotel because we're the only ones there. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but only 2 nights because it was boring and their bfast was not good either. maybe it's because there is no one. just an honest review. Rooms: 2
I had a really disappointing experience. They were unable to stick to their schedule. When they say breakfast starts at 6, it should actually be available at that time.
I stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food and service were excellent. I highly recommend The Oriental Bataan Hotel. Thank you! Service: 4
