What Ernesto Wyman doesn't like about High Country Health Foods Cafe:
The menu clearly identifies vegetarian and vegan options. The staff were excellent, but the food was average. I ordered a vegan "burrito" and my husband had one of the omnivore sandwiches. We both agreed that we could make better food at home. View all feedback. What Frank Dohms likes about High Country Health Foods Cafe:
Came here with my family, tourists out of Europe. We were hungry and saw the word 'food ' on the building. We figured we could eat for lunch here. It. Was. A. Good. Decision. Even better than some places back home, compliments to the chef! View all feedback.

Love this store!!!! Great and wide selection of grocery items, high quality produce, vegan options, and it is well priced. Friendly staff and beautiful store!
Excellent fresh food, beautiful location and a great friendly team. Breakfast at High Country Health Foods is definitely a reason to move to Mariposa. Ten stars...

We just wanted to go get some water. The seller was very friendly. I have never experienced this kind of kindness. I can only recommend this store!
Stopped by chance leaving Yosemite to visit the cafe. Great sandwiches and juices, with good veggie and non-veggie choices. Nice little food shop too.

The vegan burger appeared to be a homemade bean burger and it was delicious. The staff was great. My only complaint was that they do not serve espresso!
