Hideout Saloon - Mariposa

I absolutely adore this dive bar, and the food is fantastic! Price per person: $10–20. Food: 5/5. Service: 5/5. Atmosphere: 5/5. Highly recommend the Shrimp Tacos and Street Tacos!

What a memorable experience! We arrived late in Mariposa after doing a bridal shoot in Yosemite, and this was the only restaurant still serving food (thank goodness, because we were starving!). I ordered a pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! The food was served hot, and although there was a slight wait, it was clear it was made to order—definitely a solid 10/10! The atmosphere was fun, even on a weeknight, and I loved the cozy vibe, like we had stumbled upon a hidden gem that not many people know about. Haha!

This place has a fantastic bar and delicious food! I really enjoy the laid-back atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options. The drinks are also excellent, and the bartender really knows what they're doing!

We just wanted to have a little something to eat and drink in the evening and that's why we ended up here. Very rustic atmosphere with lots of dollar bills on the wall. The staff is very friendly and open to tourists, although many locals also come here. We ate a few tacos and they were very tasty, and the beer and cocktail we had were also very good. Clear recommendation if you are in Mariposa. Service: 5
