Texas Roadhouse - Marion

We arrived at 1pm on a Saturday. Was seated immediately. We waited an hour to get our food. The loaded mashed potatoes weren't hot. My steak was way over cooked. I asked for blue rare and when it to my table, it was medium well. The steak my wife ordered was half fat, and the hamburger my friend ordered was raw. Service was slow and food was terrible. We waited forever for a server. We had to finally ask someone basically to take our order. Then the only other time we seen him was when he brought our food 45 minutes later. Chaotic atmosphere Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Salads are the best at Texas Roadhouse. They were out of prime rib which they frequently are when you go late like we did. No worries, I got the rib eye and it was a great choice. Cooked to my specification and the green beans were also good and well seasoned. My husband got ribs and fries which were also great coming straight from the kitchen and hot. Will return here again! We went in tonight after almost five hours on the road today. We placed the order online mention some specific things that were not followed with our order. The employee was very kind about fixing their mishap but everything we opened had something missing or completely wrong. As someone with dietary restrictions 2/4 things with my meal were completely inedible. There were also bacon bits in my catfish container? I have visited this location before and had no issues, just disappointed with this experience tonight. Vegetarian options: There are two meals on the menu that I can eat coming here as a Vegetarian. Two hostesses took us to our seats and neither one said a word to us. The booth they took us to had a wet floor sign infront of it in the isle. The upper floor and seats were soaked, we asked for a different table they went to ask the person at the front desk to ask permission to move us. After we had been seated the very next people that came in they led them to the wet booth, the family was extremely hesitant about sitting there as we had been but did. There was only 1 other booth in that section that was being used when we arrived there. Thank goodness the waitress was very friendly did a good job, our food was also tasty.
