called ahead and reserved a table. Got there and none of my requests were fallowed. Service was not good. Enchiladas where good. The rice was old and dry. The beans where stuck together. The food is consistently excellent and very affordable. For takeout dinner, the cost per person is between $1 and $10. I would rate the food a 5 out of 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.
