The good: Friendly lady at order window. Food was brought to the table, although there was no follow-up. Bathrooms very clean. The burger patty smelled tasted like the griddle was too well used. My companion couldn't finish it. His tater tots were way over seasoned, and this is someone born in Louisiana who loves spicy salty foods. The worst part was the Mac chicken. Should have looked my meal instead of my phone. Halfway through, I looked the chicken was undercooked. Did not finish it. We were in the middle of a 9 hour drive, so i wasn't going to waste more time standing in line to speak to someone the counter. Cards on the table encourage patrons to Text their experience Tackers, but I don't need an unknown person with my cell number if you know what I mean. I will not be back.
This is a nice burger place that has a good selection of other items. Prices were good, food was great and the staff treat you like family. The homemade fried pies are a must try. We got one of each and couldn't decide which one we liked the best.
My mom would bring me here when I was a little girl for a banana shake and a pizza burger every weekend. Although the building has changed, the food and service is still superb! Introducing my children to the pizza burger and banana shake was an experience I'll never forget!
Best desserts hands down
The double cheeseburgers here are fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is spotless. The food arrives hot and delicious, and the fries are cooked perfectly—not overdone and not greasy at all. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. In fact, it seems like most people already do!
