Did not eat as we watched multiple flies on trays of meat that should have been refrigerated, on the bread because the oven was left open. Literally saw flies crawl into the individual trays of meat and never return. The sandwich artist wore the same gloves to make sandwiches that were used on/in the cash register.
The service at the restaurant was a bit slow; while Alex was busy working, Annie and Crystal were preoccupied with their phones. Overall, it could have been better.
The food always tastes fresh, and the staff is very friendly. Kid-Friendly: The pilot side has a variety of options for children. Wheelchair Accessibility: The restrooms are spacious.
