I... read more You have some serious issues to address. When your posted hours indicate you’re open until 11:00 PM, that means you should still be serving food at that time. If you don't prepare certain menu items after 10:00 PM, then you need to either close early or turn off your signage to avoid wasting customers' time. Additionally, if your menu items aren't available through DoorDash, please deactivate that service. It feels deceptive to encourage customers to come and pick up orders, only to have them choose from leftovers that have been sitting for at least an hour, all because you start cleaning up early. Your staff should be able to operate and serve all menu items until 11:00 PM, not rush to finish by then. It’s time for some significant changes in management to improve the situation.
