So I haven't been there in years but now you order at the front desk like McDonald's, there are no menus. We had to go and get our own forks our own drinks. The server brought our food and that was the last time we seen her.they ask you to give a tipbefore you even get your food and I did tip but I shouldn't have cause there was no server after out food. I wish I had one in Warsaw, IN where I worked, but Fazoli is a place where we've been eating for years. Love the food.
Our server Brooke was amazing. She was very attentive to our group, always made sure we had fresh warm breadsticks and always with a smile. In a time when good workers are hard to find Fazoli’s has a gem in Brooke. Thanks for a great lunch experience.
My baked spaghetti was the best I have had. It truly was the extra cheese and meat sauce I asked for. Nothing was skimped on. All of the workers were so kind and helpful, especially Kaili Lee, who treated me like a queen. Tonight was a fun and enjoyable Friday night of eating! :
The restaurant was full inside with sit down customers. So I choose the drive thru 8 cars ahead. I figured it was gonna be a wait. It however wasn't. Super respect for the workers. I looked in the drive thru window and it didn't look chaotic at all. Everyone looked relaxed. I still got politeness. Thank you for coming. And sorry for the wait.. It wasn't a long wait...
