Description
**Starbucks: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Starbucks offers a blend of experiences that can vary widely by visit. Many customers appreciate the friendly, attentive service, with baristas often remembering regulars' names and orders. The ambiance is inviting, and drinks are typically well-prepared. However, frustrations do arise regarding order accuracy and speed, particularly during busy hours. Some guests report rudeness when asking for modifications, such as straws, or when drinks fall short of expectations. Still, for many, the positive experiences outweigh the negatives, with prompt service, cleanliness, and a warm atmosphere creating a reliable spot for coffee lovers to start their day.

The girl enjoys it, but I'm not a fan. Parking can be difficult to find. On a positive note, there is a wheelchair ramp for accessibility.
I stop by for coffee every morning before I begin my day, and I can honestly say that these wonderful ladies are the first people I interact with. They are so warm, genuine, and fun! As soon as I walk in, they recognize me by name, and often have my coffee ready before I even place my order. Shadeland, Catherine, Jazz, Alex, Mera, and even the manager Sara (I'm not sure how to spell her name!) all contribute to making my day feel special. They truly help me start my day off on the right foot! Thank you so much! As for parking, it can get really busy here, making it hard for them to connect with customers due to the rush.
This Starbucks refuses to allow people to drink from a straw. I guess they want to save turtles, but how am I supposed to drink a Frappuccino otherwise? The attitude that you get from the workers when you finally make eye contact long enough to politely ask for a straw is crazy, they are really angry that people would like a straw after buying a $7 drink. I love that people want more for the environment, but the cups that come with these drinks have more plastic than the straws we need to drink them from and if you're going to treat people horribly for needing one with the other maybe don't work for the company that makes them in the first place.I wanted to add here that they specifically hide their straws from customers and put it behind the counter so that customers have to ask for one, and when you do ask for one they are not kind at all about it.
I picked up my pre-ordered oat milk gingerbread chai latte at the drive-thru, and right from the first sip, I could tell something was off. After struggling to get the door open, I went inside to address the issue with my order. At the register, I explained that something was missing because it tasted mostly like chai and milk with just a hint of cinnamon. The staff member informed me that the flavor might only be in the foam. I've ordered this drink at least five times before, so I know how it should taste. She casually mentioned that they would remake it. The gentleman preparing my drink seemed visibly annoyed, and I left feeling frustrated. I suspect they used regular milk instead of oat milk, and it still didn't taste right. As someone who is extremely lactose intolerant, this was a huge disappointment. I understand that we all have off days, but that doesn’t excuse rudeness towards customers.
