I honestly don't know how that happens, but there it is.

We also ordered an appetizer that... read more *Utterly Disappointing* I visited this restaurant on April 11, 2024, at 5:45 PM and ordered the fish platter, which was burnt. We also ordered an appetizer that took 30 minutes to arrive. My wife asked for a grilled chicken salad without blue cheese, but instead, they added blue cheese and we had to request a replacement. They got the cheese right in the second salad but mistakenly topped it with crispy chicken instead of grilled. To make matters worse, my in-laws' hash browns were burnt, and the home fries were like charcoal cubes. We addressed these issues three times with the waiter and the checkout staff, yet we were still charged over $72 for a meal that was hardly edible and took an hour to prepare! Our drink refills were slow, and I never received my tartar sauce for the fish. This place is truly a letdown! I sincerely hope the manager sees this because a change in management is clearly needed.

It was absolutely delici... read more I visited Bob Evans using a gift card that we received. It was wonderful! We decided to order takeout and opted for the chicken dinner. It was absolutely delicious! We had a selection of 15 options on the menu, spanning two pages, and we chose the mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans. Both sides came in generous 2-pound containers! The meal also included a choice of cookies, rolls, or banana bread, and we chose to try the banana bread. To our surprise, we received a whole loaf! This meal is enough to feed both me and my child for three days.
