Kfc - Marina

I am freaking pissed. 8:10 PM and no original dark meat. Gave all white meat crispy and it was hard as hell. Employee should have informed me as to what I was getting regarding the type of pieces. I AM FREAKING PISSED DUE TO THE FACT I WASTED $26.00 ON SOME **** POOR OVERCOOKED CHICKEN. THE ATTACHED PHOTO IF PROOF. I NORMALLY NEVER LEAVE SKIN ON CHICKEN UNLESS IT'S NOT PREPARED PROPERLY WHICH WAS IN THIS CASE???????????????????

Food is good but they always get my mobile orders wrong always missing items

This KFC cooks the chicken just right other branches sometimes overcook and still give to customers. The original chicken is just right. The cashier Noris was very friendly and knowledgeable she suggested items on the menu and the price was right, I can tell she cared about the customers. I recommend going to eat here to enjoy KFC.

I would give them a higher rating if it wasn't for the fact that they didn't cook the chicken completely.

They gave me a sauce packet with a hole in it. I paid for it and they gave me one that could get me sick. I don’t recommend this place and I hope whoever is in charge takes action. I am very angry, I was ignored when I tried to get a new sauce packet.
